The pristine waters off the coast of southern Australia arehome to our exquisite Yumbah Greenlip and Yumbah Tiger Abalone. These chillywaters are renowned for producing seafood with unparalleled freshness andflavour and Yumbah’s abalone is no exception.
Both Yumbah Greenlip and Yumbah Tiger Abalone are derivedfrom the abalone species haliotis laevigata and haliotis rubra, which areuniquely indigenous to Southern Australia.
All Yumbah abalone are hand-harvested then snap frozen,shipped live or processed into cans and retort packs.
Yumbah has a proven track record for supplying superiorabalone spat from its South Australian, Victorian and Tasmanian hatcheries.
